General information only
The guides, articles and answers on this Site are general information for homeowners and businesses in Cleveland County. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician.
The company that performs the restoration work
Norman Water Damage Restoration is a call line that connects callers in Norman with an independent local water damage company. It answers calls and online requests and passes each one to the nearest available independent company. It does not extract water, dry buildings, assess damage, test for mold or carry out repairs. The attending company does that work, and that company alone is accountable for its assessment, scope, pricing, equipment and workmanship.
Whatever licences, permits and registrations the job requires must be held by the attending company, which also keeps its own insurance and answers to the office that issues each credential. This site claims no licence, registration or certification of its own. A caller should ask the company to name each credential that applies and check it with the issuing agency.
Credential numbers are given on request by phone, or when the company calls ahead of the visit, and they are kept off this website to protect the company's private information. Verify any credential before reconstruction begins, and take questions about what an insurance policy pays to your insurer.

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety around water damage
Standing water can hide live electrical circuits: do not walk into a flooded room until power to that area is off. Sewage and floodwater (IICRC Category 3) can carry bacteria and viruses; keep children, pets and anyone with a weak immune system away, and do not handle contaminated materials without protection. Visible mold larger than a small patch should be assessed before anyone disturbs it. When in doubt, leave the area and call a professional.
Licensing, standards and insurance
Repair and reconstruction work in Oklahoma is regulated by that state's contractor licensing board. The IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards are industry guidance, not government licenses. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; nothing on this Site is a promise of coverage or of a claim outcome, and information here is a summary, not legal or insurance advice.
